CLASSES & PRICING

Classes are one-on-one and small group Pilates based sessions in San Diego, CA. All sessions are 60 minutes long. The studio includes a reformer, Exo chair, springboard, suspension trainer (TRX), and other various props/weights. Each 60 minute session is tailored to the individual client and their goals/abilities.

Meet with Ashley and set attainable goals that you’ll feel confident about. In every lesson you’ll receive a workout tailored for your body & side-by-side coaching, so you feel safe and knowledgeable. Each client will progress as they build strength & mobility…no two Pilates bodies are the same! And remember – Pilates is for every body. You will certainly leave each session feeling alive and aligned…and probably a little sweaty!

$ 100-115 / Session

Bring your BFF, partner, parent, whoever you love that loves to workout too. Ashley will be sure to curate each program to suit both bodies in the room. Each client will progress as they build strength & mobility…no two Pilates bodies are the same! And remember – Pilates is for every body. Sometimes we need an accountability partner and what’s a better way to connect with yourself and the ones you love than through Pilates?

Think Pilates with TRX straps. If you still don’t know what I’m talking about, just try it! Or look it up. The creator, Rebecca Beckler, is a genius who converted Pilates exercises normally performed on the apparatus into badass moves on the mat with straps. You’ll definitely leave feeling the burn and will be back for more (as usual).

Mat Pilates is all body weight and a lot of core. Some people think Pilates is stretching, but funny enough, mat Pilates could be (and actually is) considered a prison style workout (I know 😅 ) Joseph allegedly developed the mat exercises while in confinement which makes perfect sense since you can do the routine anywhere you can fit a yoga mat. He was jacked so we know he practiced what he preached and we know it worked. Come find out for yourself and see if you can nail all 34 mat exercises.
