Working out with a partner is a fun way to add a little friendly competition and/or accountability to your fitness routine. Book a duet session with a friend, family member, coworker, or another AMF client who needs a buddy (might be your new Pilates bestie!) Ashley can pair you up with another client who is seeking a partner for duets if you don’t have someone in mind.
Meet 2:1 with Ashley who will personalize sessions to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. Both individuals will receive their own personalized experience during each session whether they have the same skill set or not. This will ensure clients progress at their own rate, are able to modify if necessary, and receive feedback and cues that are aligned with their learning style.

OUR SESSIONS
WHAT TO EXPECT
At the initial session you’ll both review a health history questionnaire and address any fitness/wellness milestones you’d like to reach, so we can keep your bodies healthy and your minds on track to achieve every milestone we set.
Lessons are 1 hour beginning with a warm-up followed by a full body workout which includes lengthening, strengthening, and functional fitness. Ashley teaches a contemporary style of Pilates with a sprinkle of athleticism. That means you’ll improve your endurance in addition to burning a few (ok, probably more than a few) extra calories. If you like to learn, you’re in for a treat because Ashley loves to teach. You’ll get to know your own body better than ever and learn something about anatomy, astrology, ancestry, or whatever else the topic of the day might be.
We will incorporate multiple props/apparatuses into your routine, depending on your personalized workout plan. Please let Ashley know if you have any favorite exercises or pieces of equipment. You should enjoy your workouts even if they do feel challenging.
We can’t promise Pilates or working out will be easy.
