Meet 1:1 with Ashley who will personalize sessions to meet both your specific physical wants/needs and your wellness goals. During private sessions, there are no distractions compared to group classes. Plus, you’ll get pushed to your own personal limit, not just the limit of a particular class level. There is no way to plateau in Pilates, so you can keep practicing as long as you’d like. Most clients have 1-2 sessions per week in order to maximize and maintain results.
At the initial session you’ll review a health history questionnaire and address any fitness/wellness milestones you’d like to reach. Answering a few basic questions will help us keep your body healthy and your mind on track to achieve each milestone we set.

OUR SESSIONS
WHAT TO EXPECT
Lessons are 1 hour beginning with a warm-up followed by a full body workout which includes lengthening, strengthening, and functional fitness. Ashley teaches a contemporary style of Pilates with a sprinkle of athleticism. That means you’ll improve your endurance in addition to burning a few (ok, probably more than a few) extra calories. If you like to learn, you’re in for a treat because Ashley loves to teach. You’ll get to know your own body better than ever and learn something about anatomy, astrology, ancestry, or whatever else the topic of the day might be.
We will incorporate multiple props/apparatuses into your routine, depending on your personalized workout plan. Please let Ashley know if you have any favorite exercises or pieces of equipment. You should enjoy your workouts even if they do feel challenging.
We can’t promise Pilates or working out will be easy.
